Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it

  • Be unused and undamaged

  • Include all original parts and accessories

  • Be returned in its original packaging

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning properly, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will review your claim and provide a replacement or refund when applicable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be processing or shipped and can no longer be canceled.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items damaged through misuse or improper handling

  • Products returned without prior communication

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
