Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after being placed.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 5–7 Business Days

  • Canada: 7–12 Business Days

  • Australia: 7–14 Business Days

  • United Kingdom: 7–14 Business Days

  • International Orders: 7–21 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after shipment.

Shipping Costs

We currently offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders.

No additional shipping fees will be charged during checkout unless otherwise stated.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already shipped, Bluewaves™ cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement.

Please contact us immediately if you notice an error in your shipping address.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Bluewaves™ is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but cannot be located, customers should first contact the carrier and check with neighbors or household members.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution.
